GUSTARD X20 XMOS Symmetrical Out ES9018X2 XMOS USB AES/EBU 32bit 384Khz

The DAC ConverterGustard X20 XMOS double ES9018 SABERis designed according to the rules of the art. This DAC 32bit 384Khz has a USB 2.0 class of very high level. With an accuracy of 0.1PPM and a power of 500MIPS with processor CPLD Altera MAX II,the DAC X20 offers a high resolution, a very low jitter, an output entirely in discrete symmetrical transistors in class A.

The quality of its components (clock ESS ES9018 TCXO 100MHZ), its processorAltera MAX IICPLDwith 8MB of built-in memory predestines its use on high-end Hi-Fi systems. Of course, this DAC with its asynchronous USB inputs with three separate clocks decodes the DSD 64, 128, DXD 32bit 384Khz being fully ASIO bit perfect under Windows (requires a driver supplied on mini CD).

An advanced clock system:

The DAC Gustard X20 offers a classic asynchronous digital mode as well as a Automatic Adaptive Technology Master Clockautomatically deriving on the correct TCXO clock frequency under the best conditions (A clock dedicated by multiple frequency).

An analog stage in discrete transistors with gain selection:

The analog output stage of this DAC Gustard X20 in Class A offers three front selectable gain stages: 0dB, 6dB and 12dB. So with the volumedigital 64bit ESS without loss of dynamic, one can directly attack by the balanced XLR outputs where unbalanced RCA, a stereo power amplifier.

A separate digital and analogue power supply:

Its linear power supply with dual toroidal transformers (one for digital, one for analog) shielded provides a very low noise level preventing jitter by electrical pollution. The control section offers ROVER capacitors with high filtering capacity, LM2941 and discrete transistor based regulators.

HDMI / I2S compatibility :

The entry HDMI to I2S formatDAC Gustard X20 XMOS is compatible with Audio GD format. (See the diagram at the bottom of the description.)
