FURUTECH FI-C15 NCF (R)

- Connector IEC Slim Design / Processing NCF-

Designed primarily for LINN, Devialet or even McIntosh amplifiers with hard-to-access IEC plugs, these Furutech FI-C15 (G) connectors offer a finer design for easier connection.

The quality is not sacrificed since the conductor is in Pure Copper plated Rhodium α (Alpha) 24k allowing an excellent conductivity of the signal. The connector body is made of nylon / fiberglass for added strength.

The alpha processing consists of 2 steps:

  1. Cryogenization of metals by -250 ° C using liquid nitrogen in order to consolidate their molecular structure and significantly improve their conductivity.
  2. Submission of these same metals to a powerful magnetic field created byof magnets arranged in annals and whose attraction force is continuously controlled so as to leave no residual magnetic at the end of the treatment

NCF technology

This connector features Nano Crystal² Formula technology. This corresponds to the use of a crystalline material having two "active" properties. The first is to generate negative ions that eliminate interference, the second to convert thermal energy into far infrared. Furutech then combines this material with ceramic nano particles and carbon powder for their "Piezo Effect" damping properties. From this treatment results the ultimate electrical and mechanical damping material, available only with Furutech.

Très bonne prise
J'ai acheté cette prise pour son côté économique comparativement aux autres prises Furutech NCF R.

Après un rodage de près de 150h je peux dire qu'elle fait aussi bien (voir mieux) que la 28R que j'avais testé avant. Cette prise m'a apporté ce que je recherchais en priorité: Du punch dans mon écoute mais sans ajout de brillance.
Comparativement à la 28R, j'ai également noté un mieux sur la scène sonore et un grave plus propre, mais peut être moins frontal du coup (la ça dépend du câble également).

Son seul 'défaut' est dans la taille des câbles admissible, mais dans mon cas, je l'ai monté sur un Furutech TCS21 avec un prise shucko plutôt matte (Oyaide) pour un meilleur équilibre.

Je précise que j'alimente un ampli casque tube et cela marche plutôt pas mal dans cette configuration.

Fantastic value
This connector has a value that's hard to beat in my opinion. It's well-balanced tonally and very revealing. I find it more open and cleaner than the Fi-28 R. Compared to Oyaide C-004, the resolution is not that high, but this one is slightly warmer and more forgiving. Simply great value connector.

l evidence de la musique enfin!!!!!
iec fi c15 ncf sur ma platine cd , d une finition moyenne ,
pour cable pas trop epais,mais en sonorité c est vraiment excellent , dynamique generale ,basse tres tenue rapide,precise,medium ouvert ,propre ,douceur ,ça chante !!!! NCF je pense est le meilleur traitement pour les connecteurs
