What is happening to Audiophonics
in the scope of COVID-19

Dear customers,

The situation world-wide means new exceptionnal regulations that are bound to evolve over the next days. Audiophonics will abide by those regulation and do everything possible in order to protect its customers and its workforce.

In order to keep you informed and to minimize the impact of the situation on the quality of our services, we are continually updating this page. We invite you to check this webpage regularly.

Audiophonics overall status is open and working until further notice. This means that past and future orders are processed normally. Our customer service is also available to answer your questions.

Carriers and deliveries

Direct deliveries are maintained, however for International shipping, delivery limitations may occur depending on each country.

March 27th -> Re-opening of TNT international deliveries.

March 25th -> There will be no GLS shipments on each Friday.
GLS Shipments will be delayed to Monday.

March 24th -> There will be no Colissimo shipment on 25/03, 30/03, 31/03.
From 30/03, post offices in France will be closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays. So there will be no shipments on these days.

March 20th --> Colissimo adds restrictions as of 20 March :  No more deliveries to French Polynesia, Iceland, Tunisia, Chile, Guyana.
As well as in Italy on postcodes :  24010 to 24069, 24100, 24121 to 25136, 26010, 26029, 40059, 83031, 84036, 84030, 84035, 87038.
And Czech Republic : 78321, 78324, 78391 and 78401.

TNT announced to us a temporary suspension of transport between European countries. Parcels crossing the French border risk being delayed.
Moreover for France, they can only assure a one shot delivery, or the parcel will be returned to us.
As a precaution, we prefer to deactivate this mode of transport. EU Pending orders will be shipped by Colissimo (French post)

Pick-up deliveries to your local stores are suspended : Our IT department does everything in its power to keep the list of available and functional carriers up to date according to the new instructions. However, certain services - like pick-up deliveries to your local stores - depend on external lists which are beyond our control. We have therefore decided to temporarily withdraw this option.

Our collection point in Bordeaux is suspended : in accordance with the instructions to limit the movement of people to what is strictly necessary.

Our after-sales service remains open to answer your questions and deal with requests relatied to the delivery of your orders. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience in the face of possible delays caused by the peaks of activity.

Product availability

The situation affects our supply routes. This means first of all that our capacity to renew our stocks is limited. We therefore invite our customers to anticipate stock shortages that may appear in our catalog.

Any order placed will be delivered or refunded. We are aware that the situation has the potential to cause unforeseeable delays and that these delays can be blocking for some of you. Thus we will make every effort to maintain the highest responsiveness of our services in charge of modifying your order or proceeding to its refund.
