JustBoom DAC HAT DAC PCM5122 for Raspberry Pi 3 / Pi 2 / A+ / B+

The DAC JustBoom Raspberry Pi DAC HAT is designed to be simple to install and use. This product is also well suited for beginners and seasoned professionals as it requires no soldering.

Simply connect your HAT DAC to an audio amplifier to be operational quickly, enjoying high-quality, high-quality audio playback. We also include an optional IR receiver to allow remote operation of your Raspberry Pi.

This DAC includes a 32MB / 384kHz PCM5122 chipset with a Hardware volume and a 138mW headphone amplifier. The Just Boom DAC HAT uses the I2S interface for its audio input, which reduces the CPU load on the Raspberry Pi compared to USB solutions.

It is directly powered from the PiP or Pi3 GPIO connector, so no additional cables or power supplies are required. All GPIO pins of the Raspberry Pi are always accessible on the DAC HAT to facilitate the customization of your project.

You can add additional sensors, buttons, LEDs, rotary encoders or whatever your heart desires.
