Bluetooth 5.0 & aptX

The XQ-50 is equipped with a Qualcomm QCC3008 Bluetooth receiver chip. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and the aptX transmission protocol. This protocol ensures fast and stable data transmission and guarantees high quality Bluetooth audio playback. A Bluetooth antenna improves the maximum transmission distance.

DAC ES9018K2M

The receiver is also equipped with a DAC ESS ES9018K2M chip for digital-to-analog conversion. This chip helps to provide an accurate and most accurate reproduction possible.

SPDIF CS8406 aptX

The output panel has a RCA stereo analog connector, a digitial S/PDIF and a Toslink connector. The digital output stage uses a SPDIF CS8406 interface chip. The device can also function as a USB DAC by connecting it directly via its USB-C port to a computer.

Manifestement un bon produit
Facile à installer (en RCA stéréo sur le vieil equalizer associé à mon ampli Yamaha). Connexion très stable depuis mon PC, même à plusieurs mètres avec des obstacles occultant complètement l'angle de vue. Une led "HD" s'allume quand le codex aptX est utilisé. Finition flatteuse. Quant à la qualité du son, je ne peux guère en juger, les sources que j'utilise n'étant en général pas très bonnes.

I just connected the XQ-50 to my Pro-Ject Stereo Box S2 via Merlin Mozart cables, and it sounds impressively good (aptx, 320k mp3). Clear and extended, with a sense of 'airy' sound. I'm only considering later replacing the JRC 5532DD with a LT1358 for an even richer and smoother sound.

Conforme au descriptif, connexion Bluetooth parfaite et de très bonne qualités audio, grave présent, boitier très discret, supérieur au FX-AUDIO BL-MUSE-03.
