Power decoupling in this amplifier is poor: it is only bulk capacitors and two 0,1 uF film capacitors. The film capacitors are far from chip terminals so they don't really decouple anything and at the same time are close to the bulk capacitors that are low-ESR, this results in a strong antiresonance effect. You'll need at least to remove the film capacitors and then add something like SMD ceramics at chip terminals on the board back side and also add small electrolytic capacitors. See neurochrome SPICE model for an example - although I cannot recommend using solid polymer capacitors, they sounded weird here.
Also consider shorting the capacitors in feedback loop.
