Really opens up with a better power cable
I bought this LPS to replace an Uptone JS-2 which was powering my Mac mini. (The JS-2 was a bit-underpowered --sometimes the Mac mini restarted during heavy updates-- moved to my UltraRendu and EtherRegen. With this Audiophonics LPS's extra amperes the Mac mini no longer reboots.

I initially noticed little difference in sound quality (which is good -- the JS-2 is more expensive and for my Mac mini this LPS sounded similar). I have since experimented with various power cords in the €50-€250 range. It turns out that this LPS is a very nice match with a shielded €57 OFC copper cable.

I recommend this LPS especially with a nice shielded power chord. Best with 1,5m -2m length, in my experience.

Delivery by Audiophonics to Sweden was quick. The LPS is heavy and feels very solid.

Fast delivery and the power supply works perfectly on my Roon Rock server. In terms of sound, this is a big step towards more analogue, more space, more depth graduation and the overall sound is more relaxed.

Fiabilité et qualité de régulation et protection nulle
J'en ai acheté une deuxième pour alimenter un NAS, au bout de 7 H00 NAS cramé, l'alimentation débite 21V!!! Au final selon le SAV c'est supposé de ma faute, inversion de polarité alors que le NAS était cablé avec leur câble. Ok pourquoi le fusible a pas grillé? Pas de réponse.... Par curiosité, j'analyse la 1ère que j'ai depuis janvier, une vraie daube question régulation, dès que la charge avec un appareil qui pompe 0.50 A, on perds 0.25V, pour une alim censée tenir les 13 A il y a un sérieux problème.
D'autant plus que le réglage de sortie interne peine revenir au 12 V. Passez votre chemin.

Boitier solide et bien fini, Alimentation lourde et silencieuse.
Fonctionne très bien avec le câble d'Alimentation GX16 4N OFC sur un Nas Synology.
