The Moondrop Blessing 2 introduced me to the world of "detailed" sound...then the Monarch MKII came along and completed it filling in all the gaps. I needed something stellar when I left the house - taking my Hifiman Arya was just a little silly.
Compared to the Blessing 2 these are the most important differences:
- Dead neutral tuning, wow.
- Magical treble extension ( Blessing 2 is still great though )
- Bass. The Blessing 2's major weakness, but these IEM's have it...and there's enough. I worry for reviewers unable to hear it, or claim it's "thin".
