Admittedly, I bought elsewhere on a special offer. As other reviews have said, removing the central body to solder snaps the holding pins, until I realised you dont need to remove it to solder properly. Still, its an expensive plug to break so easily.

Sound? They give an instant additional sparkle to my Neotech 1120 cable and extra depth perception. There is only 50 hours burn in on them so still opening up. A worthwhile investment if you have the cables to warrant the investment.
