MONACOR STRAIGHT DIY Speaker Kit (Pair)

The combination of the MSH-116/4 and the DT-107 with the more recently developed and particularly successful SPH-176 is surely one of the most successful Monacor kits. None of these loudspeakers are not characterized by spectacular materials or a sophisticated design, but their good acoustic properties are obtained by an optimization of the materials used.

Theirtransmission property are not at all bad; the frequency band of the MSH-116/4 with cellulose pulp cones undoubtedly belongs to the most linear never reached (if we look at it more closely we know no other medium speaker with a response in amplitude frequency as perfect).

The SPH-176 to perfect bass parameters for this speaker, combined with a stunning linear excursion it is perfectly adapted.

An enclosure with a perfectly adapted but impressive filter is not a disadvantage, on the other hand if you can adapt a minimalist filter scheme, it is all the better. Another noteworthy point is the harmonious sound, the dynamic ability, the level stability and the low distortion of the elements never reached in this price range!
