The Audio-GD NFB-11.28 is THE Swiss army knife for audiophiles. Combining the functions of DAC, preamplifier and headphone amplifier, it will meet most needs.

Featuring many new features, this new version of the acclaimed NFB-11 now includes an ES9028Pro DAC, an Amanero Combo 384 USB interface, selectable digital filters and an MCU controller.

Performance Edition

The NFB-11.28 in its Performance Edition version is optimized to provide the best possible measurements. Its architecture has therefore been reviewed, notably with the use of a high-performance Accusilicon 318B femtosecond clock, but also a complete overhaul of the power supply circuit. This one is now made up of no less than 8 double-stage power supply groups, allowing each circuit to be powered independently to get the most out of each component.

To ensure the performance of the NFB-11.28 Performance Edition, Audio-GD took care of many measurements using an AP-2722 Audio Precision. (The different measurements are available at the end of this page).

Non-feedback & ACSS

NFB-11.28 offers optimal performance thanks to carefully selected components. Thus, in addition to supporting DSD / DXD and sampling rates up to 32bit 384kHz, it benefits from NFB (Non-Feedback) technology developed by Audio-GD on the ACSS stage.

This allows the NFB-11.28 to offer a lower sound colouring and therefore a faithful reproduction, a very low distortion and a high linearity. You gain in dynamics, detail and neutrality.

Accusilicon 318B 100MHz

For this Performance Edition version, the clock of the NFB-11.28 is updated to a much more powerful model, an Accusilicon 318B at 100MHz. This provides an ultra low jitter of 0.2ps between 10Hz and 1MHz and 0.071ps between 12kHz and 80MHz. Its phase noise is also very low as measured at -146dBc/Hz to 1kHz.

DAC Sabre ES9028Pro

The NFB-11.28 includes an ESS ES9028Pro DAC ESS to convert digital signals to analog. This allows support for output sampling rates up to 32bit 384kHz and an SNR of 118dB.

It provides significant improvements over its predecessor (ES9018) such as compensation of the harmonic distortion rate of the analog output through a 32bit processing block, improvement of oversampling filters, phase lock loop for greater accuracy and power distribution.

Entrée usb NFB 11
Acheté se super dac il y a trois ans.
Performance indéniable en usb sur mon vieux mac book pro.
Mort de vieux mac et achat d'un mac book pro actuel et plus possible de lire en usb.....
Audiophonics n'a pour solution que l'achat d' un convertisseur usb spdif a 180 euros.....
Convertir deux fois n'a pas de sens.
Donc cet engin qui ne peut évolué est trés decevant.

L’arrêt du support de l'interface USB de votre appareil est plutôt la faute du fabricant de votre ordinateur ...
Concernant l'usage d'une interface SPDIF, il n'y a pas ici de notion de double conversion le signal arrivant dans le DAC restant 100 % numérique.
Nous vous avions proposé une bonne référence mais il en existe à tous les prix :

Excellent Dac a condition de soigner le cablage
Je poste cet avis,ayant eut l'opportunité d'en acquérir un d'occasion quasi neuf,le produit n'étant pas disponible pour le moment.
Utilistaion pc portable,foobar asio:les cales secteur et usb doivent obligatoirement être remplacés par des modèles plus qualitatifs(compter environ 100 euros)
Dans ce cas,trés belle image stéréo,sonorité trés detaillée mais pas agressive;si vous aimez un son plutôt rond et chaud,passez votre chemin.
Pour ma part,associé a un ampli Rega IO et des enceintes Q Acoustics Concept20;du pur bonheur sur du jazz/blues acoustique,c'est extremement vivant et enjoué.

Un super dac audiophile pour ce prix
J ai acheté ce dac il y a 2 semaines et que dire presque 4 kilos des composants de premier choix conception audiophile composants de très haute qualité.L écoute est très musicale aéré et avec une pèche d enfer.Mais attention les moindre petits détail son perceptible ce qui veut dire que les mauvais enregistrements sautent aux oreilles .Pour ma part j ai redécouvert mes enregistrements avec beaucoup de plaisir il faut dépenser au moins 2 a3 fois le prix pour avoir cette qualité chez la concurrence Un super achat.
