MUNDORF VN300 Zero Ohm Self Coil 2.7mH

The Zero Ohm Coil (ZOC) is a transformer format coil. It is made of Feron, a material with high electronic qualities that minimizes induced distortions.

The central spot of a ZOC is calibrated and adjusted by hand between two laminar rings (a L-shaped and a E-shaped). The volume of the central space determines the inductance of the coil which demands enormous precision in the manufacturing process to ensure there will be no saturation at high load.

These coils are especially suitable for filtering your bass speakers. Their low impedance improves the impulse response.
