The Luxsin X9 DAC / headphone amplifier was developed by Eversolo and benefits from the brand's expertise. It incorporates top-quality components, enabling it to achieve a very high level of performance. Its DAC is based on a combo of AKM AK4191 + AK4499EX chips, and its USB XU316 interface supports high-definition sampling rates up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512. In terms of amplification, it features OPA1612 AOPs combined with a TPA6120A2 amplifier chip within a DNF (Dynamic Negative Feedback) structure that reduces distortion and improves signal linearity and stability for the most pleasing rendering. Numerous additional features are also available, such as Bluetooth 5.0 thanks to a Qualcomm QCC5125 chip and the ability to adjust rendering thanks to an AK7739 DSP chip. As for its connectivity, the Luxsin X9 is not to be underestimated, with various digital and analog inputs, three headphone outputs and two line/preamplifier outputs.

Luxsin X9: AKM DAC combo
The Luxsin X9 benefits from an AKM AK4191 + AK4499EX chip combo and an Accusilicon femtosecond clock, offering clear, precise sound reproduction with a THD+N of -120dB. Moreover, thanks to its XMOS XU316 USB interface, it supports high-resolution sampling rates up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512. Meanwhile, the analog and digital stages are each powered separately to guarantee uncompromised audio performance.
Luxsin X9: an smart headphone amplifier
The Luxsin X9's AK7739 DSP provides advanced, customizable audio signal management. In particular, it supports the automatic equalization function for headphones (HP-EQ). In fact, the Luxsin has a database of over 2,500 headphones references, automatically adjusting the equalization curve to match the Harman reference curve. It goes without saying that it is also possible to fully customize the sound rendering. But that's not all, as this chip also automatically measures the impedance of headphones connected to the X9 to adjust the output stage for optimum audio performance.

Luxsin X9: preamplifier with subwoofer output
As well as its DAC and headphone amplifier functions, the X9 offers a preamplifier mode on its RCA and XLR outputs, thanks to a circuit providing up to 10dB of gain rather than just volume attenuation. Furthermore, the rear panel features an RCA output for a subwoofer, offering the possibility of a 2.1-channel system for an immersive experience. The totality of the X9's functions positions it as a central and indispensable device within any sound system.

Luxsin X9: 1080P display
To top it all off, the X9 features a beautiful 4” color display. This high-definition 1080p screen displays a wealth of information on the current playback, and provides access to the device's settings. In addition, the user can choose between different meter displays.
