Please note that this is not a standalone network player. It is compatible with only a few network protocols such as AirPlay, UpnP, as well as certain external applications such as Roon or HQPlayer NAA.
The Audalytic DR70 is a high-end network DAC designed for demanding audiophiles, combining discrete R2R architecture, advanced network connectivity, and extensive compatibility with high-resolution audio formats. Developed by Gustard, this model stands out for its R2R module, native 1-bit DSD converter, and dedicated FPGA, all synchronized by a CK-01 femtosecond oscillator for exceptionally precise and musical sound reproduction. Whether listening to music via streaming, USB, coaxial, optical, or Bluetooth 5.0, the DR70 is a versatile and powerful solution, ideal for home audio systems or high-end headphones.

Audalytic DR70: Discrete R2R architecture and native DSD conversion
The heart of the DR70 is based on a discrete R2R module, offering PCM conversion of remarkable purity, without digital artifacts. For DSD formats, the DR70 incorporates a native 1-bit converter capable of handling DSD64 to DSD512 streams without intermediate conversion to PCM, thus preserving the integrity of the original signal. This approach ensures natural timbre, extended dynamics, and micro-detail resolution, even on the most demanding recordings.
Audalytic DR70: Extended Connectivity and Integrated Streaming
The DR70 connects easily to all your sources:
- USB (XMOS XU316): Supports PCM streams up to 32-bit 768kHz and native DSD up to DSD512, as well as DoP64 to DoP256.
- Coaxial / Optical: Compatible with PCM streams up to 24-bit 192kHz and DSD DoP64.
- Bluetooth 5.0: Includes LDAC (24-bit/96 kHz), aptX, AAC, and SBC codecs for high-resolution wireless listening.
- Network: Works as a network bridge thanks to the CelWare 3.x system, optimized for streaming via Roon Bridge, AirPlay, UPnP, and NAA. The configuration interface can be accessed simply by entering the address dr70.local on your local network.
This versatility allows the DR70 to be integrated into a variety of configurations, whether wired or wireless.

Audalytic DR70: Analog outputs and power supply
The DR70 offers simultaneous RCA (2Vrms) and XLR (4Vrms) outputs, both with fixed levels, for optimal compatibility with preamplifiers or active speakers. The output impedance is approximately 100Ω, ensuring a stable connection with most equipment.
The low-noise internal power supply is designed to minimize interference, but the DR70 also accepts an external 12–18V DC power supply for users who want to further optimize performance.
Audalytic DR70: Design and Ergonomics
The DR70's anodized aluminum casing combines robustness and elegance. An LCD screen with brightness adjustment and an infrared remote control make it easy to use on a daily basis. The DR70 is compact and lightweight, blending discreetly into any audio environment.
