The Umik-1 is a low noise, omnidirectional USB measurement microphone that provides accurate results. The Umik-1 is a class 1 USB audio device, automatically recognized by all operating systems (Windows / Mac / Linux). It is equipped with a unique calibration file based on the serial number. Combined with an acoustic measurement software, it is the ideal solution for a Plug & Play measurement system.

Tips for getting started


Downloading the calibration file

Every Umik-1 comes with a unique calibration file. To download it, look for the 7-digit serial number on the body of the microphone.

  1. Enter the serial number in the form 700-XXXX on the MiniDSP website.
  2. In your browser, click on File > Save to save a '.txt' extension.

Gyorsan megérkezett a mikrofon, tökéletesen lehetett a Dirac Live-hoz illeszteni és a Bluesound Icont kb fél óra alatt beállítottam. Nagy mikrofonállványt szerinem mindenki vegyen hozzá, ha nincs otthon.

Ottimo microfono
Ho usato questo microfono in sieme a programmi di misura per i migliori impianti audio che conosco fra i miei amici. Ottimo risultato ed ottima affdabilità nel tempo. Il miglio impianto settago è con diffusori Avalon Saga, 4 subwoofer da 15hz e 130db con fine tuning importante ed impianto nel suo insieme estremamente curato. Ottimi risultati, chi non ha un microfono e non seta il suo impianto non sa cosa può fare e dove può arrivare anche lavorando in passivo oltre che in attivo.

A great product. Using the microphone with HouseCurve and Roon has improved the sound a lot. Audiophonics delivery was great this time too.

Fonctionne parfaitement avec le logiciel REW.
Très bonne qualité de fabrication, fichier d'étalonnage propre a chaque appareil disponible sur le site du fabricant et aussitôt accepté par REW.
