SOMMERCABLE EPILOGUE XLR Interconnect Cable 2m (Pair)

The Epilogue cables from Sommercable consist of two Neutrik XLR connectors, male on one side and female on the other. These benefit from high build quality and are based on four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.14mm². Each of these conductors is covered with a thin carbon layer before being enclosed in insulation. This carbon layer not only dissipates static electricity that may accumulate during cable handling, but also smooths the boundary between conductor and insulation, helping to avoid micro-voids and irregularities that could induce slight capacitive instability. The result is cables with a very low capacitance of only 35pF, ensuring the absence of crosstalk. Finally, to protect signal transmission from electromagnetic interference, these cables feature a braided copper shielding, ensuring the absence of EMI/RFI noise.
