The Umik-1 is a low noise, omnidirectional USB measurement microphone that provides accurate results. The Umik-1 is a class 1 USB audio device, automatically recognized by all operating systems (Windows / Mac / Linux). It is equipped with a unique calibration file based on the serial number. Combined with an acoustic measurement software, it is the ideal solution for a Plug & Play measurement system.

Tips for getting started


Downloading the calibration file

Every Umik-1 comes with a unique calibration file. To download it, look for the 7-digit serial number on the body of the microphone.

  1. Enter the serial number in the form 700-XXXX on the MiniDSP website.
  2. In your browser, click on File > Save to save a '.txt' extension.

UMIK 1
The microphone works great, there were no problems with the first setup. I have measured several applications in the last two days and I can say that I am very satisfied with the ease of measurement. I have checked the results with my B&K reference microphone, everything is within +/-0.5 decibels ............... This was a really great investment.

Umik1 - Parfait
Ce produit est à la fois peu cher et de qualité (fichier de calibration 0 et 90 à télécharger). Idéal pour mesurer la réponse acoustique de sa pièce à l'aide de REW. Que dire de plus : il fait très bien le job. Rapport qualité prix excellent (il y a mieux forcément, mais à des prix bien plus élevés et pour des usages spécifiques).

Gyorsan megérkezett a mikrofon, tökéletesen lehetett a Dirac Live-hoz illeszteni és a Bluesound Icont kb fél óra alatt beállítottam. Nagy mikrofonállványt szerinem mindenki vegyen hozzá, ha nincs otthon.
