Mounting

To mount XO clocks and capacitors, follow the following steps:

1. Assemble the CCHD957 with an XO clock or SMT capacitor according to your connection diagram.
2. Remove the gold plated contacts from the supplied SIP connector.

3. Insert the pins previously obtained on the PCB. Insert the pins from above (see picture below).
4. Connect the pins on the extension in the opposite direction. Solder the bottom part of the PCB.

5. Check that the gold-plated pins are assembled in the same direction as in the picture below.
6. Cut the top of the pines with a cutting pliers. The assembly is completed

6. Connect the support with the integrated component to your module (example below with Ian Canada FiFoPi and McDualXO modules).
