Following the success of the Sabre ES9023 in I2S version to analog, we decided to market a more advanced version equipped with an improved connector facilitating its use (no soldering required).

Thistte upgrade now has a TCXO full size clock.

Converter with an unbeatable price / quality ratio with direct analog outputs on high quality headers, this module is ideal for transforming a Raspberry Pi A +, B + or 2.0 / 3.0 into a high-definition file player.

Equipped with the now famous SABRE ES9023 (equipped with our U-SABRE), Ultra low noise "ON" regulator and condenser OS-CON this DAC will offer you musical sound and rich micro details.

Its high versatility (GPIO B + or A + format HAT (for PI) as well as I2S inputs) allows it to be also usable from a USB interface or any I2S source.

  • I2S input on 5 pin XHP connector
  • 5 V input on 2-pin XHP connector (not required if the PI is powered by the Micro USB port)
  • Input: Raspberry Pi 40PIN GPIO
  • GPIO report (you can stack other modules)
  • Output: RCA High Quality Gold Plated
  • Supported sampling rates: 24bit 192 kHz
  • Clock TCXO 50MHZ 0.5ppm
  • No welding required
  • Supplied with 4 nuts, 4 screws and 4 spacersused to fix it on the PI B +, A + or 2.0 (HAT format)

Parfait produit conforme à mes attentes emballage bien fait, protection tout autour du produit pas que sur un côté comme je vois trop souvent lors de mes achats sur d'autres sites de VPC.
J'avais posé une question au sujet de ce module j'ai eu une réponse ultra rapidement ca aussi ca fait plaisir à voir.

Super satisfied!
This is the first DAC I have ever purchased for a Pi, so I didn't know what to expect. I am totally impressed with this little jewel! I have paired it with a Raspberry Pi 3B+, an ELV 38W amp and a pair of Focal LS RSE-130 speakers and installed all of this in a custom made wood enclosure. The sound has beaten absolutely all of my expectations for such a price point. I am particularly impressed with the clarity and stage/depth of the music. I highly, highly recommend it!

Excellente qualité
Qualité de fabrication irréprochable. Je l'ai intégré dans un boitier avec un RPi 3B et une alimentation linéaire de ma fabrication. Le DAC et le RPi sont cote à cote, reliés entre eux par les 3 fils du bus I²S. Mon alimentation est connectée directement au DAC, qui alimente à son tour le RPi, grâce à deux pins du GPIO. Le RPi embarque Volumio. Branché sur mon ampli, je profite de toute la musique qui est sur mon NAS (CD rippés en FLAC) avec une excellente restitution. Testé en aveugle, c'est impossible de faire la différence avec ma platine CD. Excellente carte que je recommande à tous les bidouilleurs et fans du DIY.

Il fait revivre mon vieil ampli
J'ai couplé ce DAC avec un Raspberry pi 3A+ et Moode. En moins d'une heure tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Le Rpi est connecté en Wifi au réseau et le DAC à mon Ampli NAD (qui n'a pas le Wifi).
Le son est vraiment bon (presque aussi bon qu'avec mon lecteur de CD NAD) et c'est devenu tellement plus simple de choisir ce que j'écoute depuis un ordinateur ou un smartphone.
Je ne regrette vraiment pas cet achat que j'aurais du faire depuis longtemps.

Recu tres rapidement avec emballage nickel.
installation ok tres facile sur RPI3B+ avec le drive R-PI DAC dans la configuration du DAC Modele, y'a plus qu'a voir avec mon ensemble hifi la qualité du son.
