What is the Bit-Perfect ?

"Bit-perfect" is a term commonly used in audio. It is used to describe a player that can play a file without making any changes to it.

For example, if your player plays a 24bit/192kHz Hi-Res file on Qobuz, the Digital output will offer 24bit/192kHz. Just as if the music file played is a 16Bit/44.1kHz, the Digital output will offer 16Bit/44.1kHz, without any modification. A true 1:1 ratio (Input / Output).

This is what we call a real Bit-Perfect playback, the closest to the musical reality of the song played.

Multiroom

The WiiM Mini's built-in multiroom feature allows you to stream your music throughout your home in 3 different modes. If you use an Apple product, you can use Airplay 2 to set up your multiroom system. If you are using an Amazon product, you can use AVS Multiroom technology. Finally, WiiM also provides an application to easily control your multiroom installation from your smartphone.

Multiple audio sources

The WiiM Mini is compatible with many streaming services and web radios, such as Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz, Deezer, Amazon Music or TuneIn. You can enjoy your favorite music services and stream them wirelessly to your audio system. And if you want to connect other audio devices to your WiiM Mini, it has an auxiliary input.

Super produit
Fonctionne très bien avec le wifi 5, streaming très facile, stable, interfaces multiples qui reconnaissent même les autres appareils, très bien pour le multi-room. Améliorable avec un DAC extérieur ce qui me semble une meilleure stratégie qu'un modèle de la même marque avec un meilleur DAC interne (Pro Plus). Et quel tarif rikiki !

Un mois utilisation avec Tidal sans soucis.
Facile à installer et utiliser , j'ai aussi les radios que j'écoute habituellement.
Utilisé sur une chaine 'ordinaire' mais quand même avec un dac externe.
Par curiosité je l'ai branché sur ma bonne chaîne ( dac Atoll300 , pré Artera et Quad 606 ), en sortie toslink : le son est bien meilleur qu'avec mon PC dédié audio (Dell I5 20Mb mem) avec Audirvana ou Amarra Studio! ( avec une interface Armature Hecate )

Petit appareil assortie d'un excellent logiciel sur smartphone ... simple à configurer avec multiples réglages. N'a pas les possibilités de ses grands frères mais suffisant ...
