Passive Volume Attenuator Source Selector

This passive volume controller adjusts the signal level without using an active amplification stage, allowing it to be simply placed between a source and an amplifier or another audio device. Its XLR and RCA inputs and outputs ensure compatibility with both balanced and unbalanced connections, while the independent adjustment of the left and right channels allows precise correction of the stereo balance when the two channels present a level difference. Beyond this control function, a simple press of a button allows switching the input and output, turning the device into a source selector and thus facilitating the management of several elements within a Hi-Fi system.
