The SMPS600N400 is a high-efficiency switching power supply. It was specifically designed to power NC400 amplifier modules.

This switching power supply has a compact form-factor, reduced weight (300g) and a very low emission of EMI disturbances. A wide buffer stage composed of electrolytic capacitors ensures excellent responsiveness, ideal for developing the dynamics of the amplifiers.

Integration is very easy thanks to the disponibility of a wiring kit allowing an immediate connection to power two NC400 modules. An isolated auxiliary power supply is also included in the module to facilitate integration with other devices and thus bring new features to the installation as a whole. The circuit is also provided with an automatic voltage selector input to allow  quasi-universal compatibility.

The circuit is equipped with an advanced protection against overcharging. The latter can automatically lower the output voltage in case of overload. This will delay the arrival of hiccups - or even avoid them altogether if the overload is short-lasting.
