I soldered NEI-1001II cable with VIBORG VR106AG RCA connectors. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not choosing this cable right away, but experimenting with NEMOI-1220 first. NEMOI-1220 also showed the leading virtues of silver UP-OCC. NEMOI-1220 was a little below my expectations in the bass range, and slightly exaggerated in the high range.
However, the NEI-1001II and other Neotech silver UP-OCC cables are successively replacing my Siltech G5 and G7 cables I have been using so far.

1001 II + Viborg 203 AG XLR
As I wrote in the title, I used a set of silver connectors and not copper for the accuracy of the tests. The first impression was of a large stage but with a vague, blurred and inarticulate sound. After just a few hours (8) the sound became warmer and more pleasant with a strong lower midrange as if we were listening from an analog source and not from the A8-Eversolo. On Cohen's pieces, the instruments sound so strong but intimate, that you have the impression that they have come back to life and are playing in front of you... Instruments that were not there before also appeared, especially on Brian Bromberg and Nicolas Stocker's pieces, and on Fausto Masolella's Tulipani, a string vibration appeared next to the 2 that I already knew were there. Also in the lower midrange, I would add the strength of Etta Cameron's voice, which is so present in the listening room that you would want to shyly take a step back without risking offending her! The tone of the voice that is present also continues on Thomas Dutronc's whose voice comes strongly towards you and stops at a slap on the head, with the specification that the tone of the voices is thick, with great substance and power but the voices are never muddy like with copper cables, all harmonic distortions being "washed out" by the OCC silver of the Neotech 1001 II. The highs are still not as they should be, they are still rough, I hope they won't stay that way from the silver and gold plating (we don't know the coefficient) but the bass came forward, it rose in frequency (it got punch), it became articulate and much more precise, especially in the fast test pieces with Raz Ohara and Ghost Rider, and in jazz the piano played so low and with such weight that I had a tamp smile all evening... what do I expect after the next 50 hours of listening? a little more upper midrange and polishing of the highs... If you already have a neutral system, with capacitors, internal cables, quality resistors in the speakers and a neutral amplifier, try this cable, it will surely struggle to make you happy. Is it worth the money? I don't know, I can't say that... all I can say is just try it for 2-3 days with the songs I tested but hey: don't listen to Splanky or Night Train by Christi McBride if You're stingy, so... you might be able to stop him!

Je confirme avis précédent, câble qui m'a été monté chez Audiophonics avec connecteurs AECO ARP 1512, après un Nemoi 1220, la signature est identique, plus d'aération, dynamique meilleure, énormément de profondeur. C'est très cher, meilleur câble que j'ai eu, certains câbles sont plus immersifs, mais il leur manque de la neutralité ou de la profondeur, celui-ci vous apportera les deux.

Excellent en RCA
Câbles associés aux fiches RCA WBT-0152 Ag au diamètre adapté. 2 fils soudés sur points chauds, le 3ème sur point froid + blindage à sur fiche source.

Résultat excellent. Grande transparence et dynamique, et surtout une scène sonore étendue. L’écoute n’est pas fatiguante. Hautement conseillé !

Excellent DIY Interconnect Cable
Could tell immediately that this is an exceptional cable . Excelled from get go with I am sure more to come as cable runs in with use . Using to connect Electrocompaniet EMC1 UP ( used as transport ) to Gustard A22 DAC and pair of balanced interconnects for Gustard to PreAmp (ATC SCA2) . Cable has replaced Neotech NEMOI-1220 ( OC UP silver ) . The 1220 is very good but 1001 is better . Highly recommended .
