Jantzen Audio toroidal coil / C-Coil

Jantzen Audio's C-Coil Toroidal Coils have very low electric resistance and excellent heat tolerance. They can thus withstand high power without overheat-induced distorsion. This model can handle up to 2500W (RMS) / 8Ω . Because of this, Jantzen C-Coil make great inductors for passive filtering low-frequencies crossover.

Caution, due to the electromagnetic field inherent to their construction, C-Coils coils are not suitable for a crossover rising above 1.20kHz. Similarly, they are not intended for amplification or other active system.

Each coil is individually tested with the measurement system CLIO @ 1kHz AC 1V.
