The 1877 PHONO "THE SPIRIT" cable allows you to connect your 5-pin connector to a Phono preamplifier with RCA jacks *.
Resolutely Audiophile in its design, it is especially useful for connecting old record players to our modern equipment, leaving them an additional chance to amaze us by their inimitable analog sound.
D'a rare elegance with its black nylon sheath streaked in white and its satin-like connectors, the SPIRIT testifies to the love of its designers for beautiful things, whether visual or auditory.
MIt also testifies to the seriousness of their approach on the technical considerations: Thus the DIN and RCA sockets are plated with fine gold 24k and isolated Teflon, while each bond is made using welding containing 5% Silver.
Theable De in itself encloses four copper conductors OFHC silver plated 0,40mm² section, surrounded by a copper braided shield, itself covered with an antistatic protective layer of PET (polyethylylene Terephthalate ).
*NOTE :This cable does not allow to connect a turntable to a conventional line input (CD, TAPE, AUX ...). In order to operate, it requires input on RCA sockets of higher sensitivity, usually accompanied by athe ground, and leading to a correction filter in accordance with the RIAA standard. This type of input is generally labeled "PHONO" or "TURNTABLE" on integrated preamplifiers and amplifiers.
