This cable is the result of a dense and pure 2x98 OFC strand construction braided in the opposite direction and silver plated which nevertheless remains affordable. Each conductor therefore has 98 high purity strands and brings the total section of each conductor to 1.97mm² (14AWG). The resistance of each cord is 0.9Ω/100m. The capacitance between the two conductors is 17.5pF/m. The cable sheath is made of transparent Hulliflex® 3, a high performance, robust and halogen-free insulating material offering excellent mechanical protection and high chemical stability.
