A state-of-the-art CAD ...

This top-of-the-line Audio-GD converter takes the qualities of the NFB-7 from 2014 using a new design of the analog output stage giving it a higher sound quality and greater neutrality. Nothing of this device has been left to chance, the use of the ES9018 ESS allows it native management of streams up to 32 bit / 384kHz in USB and I2S.

NOTFB is the acronym for Non-Feedback, a technology used by Audio-GD in order not to color the sound at the level of the electronics of the output stage, thus providing you with a sound of professional neutrality and sought.

A sleek and incredibly efficient connectivity

This Audio-GD has 6 digital inputs: BNC / RCA / Coaxial SPDIF / Optical / USB AMANERO / I2S via RJ45. Alongside 3 analog outputs: XLR / RCA / ACSS.

In order to take advantage of the AMANERO technology on the output of a Windows PC, you must first install the corresponding driver: Amanero Combo 384 USB Interface. The NFB-7 is compatible with all amplifiers on the market.

This NFB-7 operates a 100% discrete design that is backed by several high power Class A power supplies (15 groups). The 24K Gold Plated RCAs and the Nover (UK) capacitors have been specially manufactured on Audio-GD specifications.

A TCXO (Temperature Compensated X (Crystal) Oscillator) clock has been integrated, in order to significantly reduce the jitter. The entire internal wiring was also designed with OCC wires.

ACSS

Audio-GD has its own signature technology called ACSS for "Audio-GD Current System Signal". Thanks to the expertisee and the know-how of the firm, this technology offers a less colored sound, more detailed, and a neutrality without equivalent. Every technical engineer of the firm is, in addition to being very experienced, a HiFi enthusiast and audio like you and us. That is, when the ACSS output is used, the XLR and RCA outputs go to MUTE.

SABER ES9018

This high-fidelity DAC NFB-7 is equipped with the famous ESS ES9018, capable of processing high-definition formats up to 32 bit / 384kHz. Of course do not forget the DSD and DXD formats also supported by this ultra-powerful conversion chips. Be careful, this component is audiophile (so demanding), do not neglect the coaxial or Toslink cables used, otherwise your signals will not be handled correctly.

Dac fabuleux
J'ai acheté ce dac plutôt que le Master 7 car j'ai pas mal de fichiers DSD. Et je ne suis pas déçu bien au contraire ! Audio-gd est un des rares constructeurs à savoir pleinement exploiter les qualités de l'ES9018 (une puce pourtant pas facile à mettre en oeuvre) pour en extraire toute la quintessence. J'ai raccordé mon Rega Apollo R en drive sur le NFB-7 et celui-ci s'est transformé en ... Esotéric voire Accuphase ! Tout simplement époustouflant, comme la lecture des fichiers DSD qui nous rapprochent encore un peu plus d'un son analogique de haut niveau. J'avais un Atoll Dac200 auparavant (pourtant un très bon dac), le bond en avant est spectaculaire ! Soignez votre cablage et votre source car le NFB-7 est intransigeant à ce sujet, mais sinon quel bonheur ! Audiophonics, commandé la veille et livré le lendemain à l'autre bout de la France, le Top !
