HIFIMAN GA-10 Headphone Amplifier

The GA-10 is a HiFiMAN headphone amplifier developed in collaboration with GoldenWave. It uses ECC83/12AX7 tubes for its preamplification stage and EL84 tubes for its power stage. The use of these tubes results in a smooth, warm sound reproduction. In addition, the GA-10 is capable of delivering an output power of 600mW at 32 ohms. Added to this is a 3-step gain control for compatibility with headphones and earphones available on the market. The back of the GA-10 features two analog inputs, a single-ended RCA input and a balanced XLR input, while the headphone outputs on the front include single-ended 6.35mm jack, balanced 4.4mm jack and balanced 4-pin XLR.

HIFIMAN GA-10: An optimized power supply

The HiFiMAN GA-10's power supply incorporates a transformer of no less than 120W for a substantial power reserve. This transformer is also efficiently isolated and shielded to limit EMI/RFI interference. Voltage regulators and capacitors complete the package within the GA-10's SEPP architecture.
