The Douk Audio U2 PRO is a USB digital interface with reclocker function designed to convert and regenerate a USB audio signal in order to feed a DAC, amplifier, or AV receiver with a clean, stable, and low-jitter digital stream. Based on an asynchronous USB interface using the XMOS XU316 chip, the U2 PRO supports high-resolution audio streams up to PCM 32bit / 768kHz as well as native DSD512 via its HDMI I2S output. It also allows conversion of a USB signal from a PC, Mac, smartphone, or Raspberry Pi to coaxial S/PDIF and optical Toslink digital outputs supporting up to PCM 24bit / 192kHz as well as DoP DSD64.

Compatible with Windows 10 / 11, macOS, Android, iOS, PS5, and Nintendo Switch systems, it features a UAC 1.0 / UAC 2.0 switch allowing operation to be adapted depending on usage. UAC 1.0 mode ensures driverless plug & play compatibility with consoles and compatible devices (PS5, Nintendo Switch), while UAC 2.0 mode provides access to advanced high-resolution audio streams.

The U2 PRO also benefits from an audiophile-oriented design with an extremely low typical jitter of only 75ps as well as a THD+N of 0.000008%, ensuring particularly clean and accurate digital transmission. It integrates PCM / DSD indicator lights allowing real-time identification of the audio format currently being played. Powered directly by 5V DC via USB-C, the U2 PRO adopts a compact format of 85 x 79 x 26 mm for a weight of 220g, and comes supplied with a USB-C to USB-A/C cable ensuring immediate compatibility with a wide variety of digital audio sources.
