The Viablue T8 5PIN is a angled high-end DIN connector designed for audio links requiring a stable connection, continuous shielding and good mechanical strength. Its solid contact pins feature large solder cups, allowing the connection of large-section cables, while their 24-carat gold plating limits oxidation and maintains a consistent electrical interface.

The aluminum body ensures the rigidity of the whole and combines with a fully enclosed one-piece shielding ground, guaranteeing continuous coverage around the connection in order to reduce the risk of electromagnetic interference. Mounting relies on an M3 hex socket contact screw that facilitates the fixing of the conductors, as well as an M4 screw of the same type intended for cable retention; two cable-clamp screws thus provide a stable mechanical hold and limit the stresses transmitted to the solder joints.
