With its MC101 stereo amplifier, Fosi Audio unveils a small device at the crossroads of vintage and modernism. The MC101 features Bluetooth functionality, as well as a vintage look thanks to its rounded shape and VU meter on the front panel. Inside this device are not one, but two TI TPA3116 amplifier chips for an output power of 2x60W under 4 Ohm (THD+N=1%). On the rear panel of the Fosi Audio MC101, you'll find the essentials: a stereo RCA input, a speaker terminal output and a 3.5mm jack pre-out.
Thanks to its two TI TPA3116 amplifier chips, the Fosi Audio MC101 is able to develop a power of 2x60W under 4 ohm (THD+N=1%), with an SNR and dynamic range of more than 100dB. The 3.5mm pre-out jack output can also be used to connect an active subwoofer and set up a 2.1-channel audio system with immersive bass.
The highlight of the Fosi Audio MC101 is the VUmeter on the front panel, along with 3 potentiometers allowing you to adjust volume and equalize bass and treble to your liking. Bass is adjusted over a range of ±12dB and treble over a range of ±6dB.
The Fosi Audio MC101's Bluetooth chip enables it to support SBC and AAC codecs extremely reliably, with an unobstructed range of up to 10m.
