Octavio unveils the AMP, a compact, high-performance amplifier with advanced network connectivity that allows you to enjoy your music wherever it is stored. The Octavio is a versatile device that will adapt to all situations and needs, while offering an accurate and musical sound reproduction.
The Octavio AMP's amplifier stage uses a TPA3250 chip, which allows it to develop a comfortable power of 2x65W under 4Ω or 2x35W under 8Ω, with a high efficiency of over 92%.
In addition to advanced wireless connectivity, the AMP also provides full connectivity for easy integration into your existing audio system. There is 2x auxiliary input on stereo RCA, an optical Toslink input, a USB-A port and an RJ45 Ethernet connector. On the output side, the device offers speaker terminals that accept banana plugs, but also a subwoofer output for a high-performance connected 2.1 system.
Octavio offers with its connected devices an ergonomic, design and practical control application. It allows you to access all your music directly from your smartphone, whether it is stored locally, on a NAS or in the memory of your smartphone. It also allows you to access many supported streaming services or a wide choice of web radios.
The Octavio AMP also supports AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect wireless streaming protocols. The former will allow you to stream your music from a Mac, iPad or iPhone, while the latter will allow you to stream and control your music directly from the Spotify and Tidal apps.
The Octavio AMP embeds the brand's Sound Filter technology. This technology analyzes the audio signal at the input and compares it to the output signal. This process eliminates any potential noise or disturbance, in order to provide a clear and detailed sound.
With Octavio, you can set up a real multiroom audio system in your home. Thus, it becomes possible to broadcast your music in each room and control the playback individually or by group directly from the mobile application.
Compact, the Octavio AMP measures only 20cm in length and depth, for a height of 4cm. It will thus easily find a place in your HiFi or TV cabinet, to integrate with your audio system.
Octavio performs the vast majority of the design steps in their workshop, in France. Thus, the assembly of the products, the software development and even the after-sales service are done in France.
