Headphone Amplifier Balanced / Single-Ended Bluetooth aptX
The iFi Audio xCAN is a dual mono headphone amplifier for use at home and on the move. Taking advantage of careful design and technologies specially designed by the brand, it ensures a rich and faithful reproduction. In addition, the amplifier benefits from advanced connectivity with the integration of Bluetooth aptX and AAC. The device is able to remember 8 devices and will allow you to stream your favorite songs
Dual mono headphone amp
The xCAN has a dual mono headphone amplifier capable of delivering no less than 1000mW per channel. It will allow your headset to reach its full potential, whether it is a 32 Ohm or 600 Ohm model. In addition, the xCAN has balanced inputs and outputs to connect a balanced source and headphone. The balanced headphone output is in 2.5mm Jack format and can be used to boost the amplification of a high-end DAP.
S-Balanced Technology
S-Balanced technology delivers the best audio performance with either unbalanced or balanced headphones. The S-Balanced output in 3.5mm Jack format offers the advantages of symmetry to unbalanced headphones, i.e. lower distortion and reduced crosstalk.
aptX and AAC Bluetooth
Thanks to its Bluetooth module supporting aptX and AAC technologies, the xCAN is able to offer sound quality extremely close to that of the CD. Simply stream your music from a Bluetooth-connected device such as your smartphone and enjoy your favorite songs.
3D+ and XBass II
La technologie 3D+ proposée par iFi Audio permet d'améliorer la restitution sonore en offrant une scène sonore absolument bluffante. La technologie XBass II elle permet de fournir une correction analogique des graves et de la réponse de votre casque. Le résultat est un son plus naturel et crédible notamment dans les médiums.
Perfect synchronization
The iFi Audio xCAN uses an AMR Global Master Timing clock for perfect signal synchronization and therefore no jitter. As a result, the signal is not degraded and the sound reproduction is of high purity and precision.
Cyberdrive
The Cyberdrive amplification stage is a new circuit proposed by iFi Audio. This design combines the analog system with digital control to take advantage of the advantages of each technology. This Cyberdrive stage integrates a very low noise OV4627 AOP at the input and a volume attenuator with W990VST digital control.
Battery
The xCAN has a built-in battery, rechargeable using the USB-C connector. The fact that the amplifier operates on battery power means that you do not need to use the battery of your smartphone or DAP. In addition, this battery offers a significant autonomy of 8 hours in playback.
