This balanced Class A preamplifier benefits from a careful design with a dual mono architecture, an input buffer and a completely independent power supply for the left and right channels. This power supply embeds a 16A rectifier, two 10000µF capacitors and LT1085 voltage regulators. The potentiometer used is an ALPS27, allowing a very precise and clean sound level adjustment. The rear panel of the unit is equipped with three balanced XLR inputs and one balanced XLR output. Input selection is made by means of a relay switch.
