Compared to the IBasso DX 220, the sound is less detailed but more pleasant and analog. Sometimes you like one aspect, sometimes you dislike the other.
On a Samsung S10+, it sounds cleaner and more resolved than on the headphone output of the S10+.
The same applies to an old laptop compared to the headphone output.
With a pure silver USB cable between the laptop/S10+ and the dongle, it sounds even a bit better.
There is no headphone output on a Samsung S24 Ultra. My impression is, that it sounds slightly worse there than on the S10+.

QUALITE INATTENDUE
Je ne savais pas trop quelle qualité attendre et c'est donc une immense surprise. Restitution de tres haut niveau, douceur incroyable, dynamique et surtout quelle scene sonore !!! avec mon senheiser ie 900 c'est le fameux son "hors de tete" qui est surprenant. L'image et la séparation sont de tres haut niveau. supérieur à ma Cobalt (deux fois plus cher en même temps) mais aussi à mon DAP Astell kern SE 200. C'est tellement bon que j'utilise le DAP uniquement en streamer et je sors en usb bit pertect dans le DC ELITE. Une de mes plus belles surprises de ces 10 dernières années en hifi nomade.
