Did the job well
I had picked up, from Japan, a Sony MDS PC3 (minidisc recorder) this Power supply allowed me to power the recorder without a EU to Japan transformer) I only had one minor issue( not related to the product) that was the DC input to the minidisc was slightly smaller than the standard 2.1 plug. An adapter fixed the issue and the minidisc functions perfectly with this product supplying the "juice".
