This PS500DIY switching power supply module has been designed by Hypex specifically to power its Nilai500DIY amplifier modules. With its 600W power supply and +/-70V output, it can power one or two Nilai500DIY modules simultaneously. This power supply uses audiophile-grade components and a PFC (Power Factor Correction) for increased power density and reduced conductivity of EMI interference. Protected against overcurrents, the Hypex PS500DIY power supply is highly reliable. What's more, it is designed for universal use, accepting inputs from 100 to 240VAC (+/- 10%). As for the connectors, there are Molex connectors for the outputs used to power the amplifier module(s) such as the Nilai500DIY, as well as I/O and HBUS connectors for controlling the PS500DIY module and connecting third-party electronic components.
