Shuguang's 6CA7-Z power tubes incorporate a grid with gold wires and a glass with black internal HPCC (High Polymer Carbon Compound) coating. The latter has the property of reducing parasitic electron emissions that can be reflected on the glass. Shuguang also relies on its new "Super Alloy" technology. First used in the fields of aviation, aerospace or military applications, this technology allows directional solidification and unique crystallization. This improves electron emissions and current stability. For the design of these tubes, Shuguang has increased the time given to the quality control process and component selection, but also to the improvement of design techniques and finally to the running-in time.
