DAYTON AUDIO RST28A-4 Speaker Driver Tweeter

The Dayton Audio RST28A-4 is a 28.57mm (1-1/8") aluminum dome tweeter, designed to deliver clear and transparent reproduction with a sensitivity of 92.5 ±3dB between 1.5kHz and 20kHz. Its diaphragm combines the precision of metal with a less pronounced behavior in the upper spectrum, while its low-distortion motor preserves the clarity of details. The tuned rear chamber and quality ferrofluid improve extension in the lower treble range, while the truncated front face allows close placement to the woofer or midrange driver. This configuration is particularly suited to mini-monitor speakers and in-line builds, when mechanical integration and treble transparency must be preserved.
