The Ian Canada 81E is a low-phase-noise femtosecond clock operating at 90.3168MHz. The crystal oscillator features double shielding on both sides of the circuit board, which minimises electromagnetic interference and ensures operational stability.
Designed for digital platforms such as the FifoPiQ7 III and TransportPi Digi Pro, it combines power supply optimisation with integration flexibility, enabling the use of very low-noise 3.3 V sources such as ultracapacitors or batteries. Furthermore, its internal filtering network refines the cleanliness of the power supply line, ensuring stable operation, whilst the OE standby function allows precise control of clock activation.
