WONDOM UCM-D2A-SA9128 Converter Module 7.1 Channel USB 2.0 to 4 Channel I2S / 8 Channel Analog

The Wondom UCM-D2A-SA9128 is a 7.1-channel multichannel audio converter module designed to convert a USB 2.0 digital audio stream into four I²S outputs or eight analog outputs, enabling the creation of complex audio systems without the need for multiple separate converters. It is based on a USB interface using the SA9128 controller and a Texas Instruments PCM5122 digital-to-analog converter, ensuring high performance with a THD+N of 0.007%, a signal-to-noise ratio of 105dB, and an extremely low noise floor of 3.4µVrms. Compatible with 7.1-channel audio streams, it supports USB Audio signals up to 24bit 48kHz and provides I²S outputs in 24bit 48kHz format. Its architecture incorporates complete digital isolation separating signal and power circuits to reduce interference and preserve signal integrity. Operating driver-free under Windows, macOS and Linux, it features Plug & Play operation and requires only a single USB cable for both power and audio transmission.
