The Shanling M0 Pura is based on a dual Cirrus Logic CS43131 chip operating in a symmetrical configuration, which separates the channels whilst reducing crosstalk, resulting in a more stable soundstage. This architecture supports playback of PCM streams up to 32-bit/384 kHz as well as DSD128, ensuring support for high-resolution formats without intermediate conversion.

Beyond the decoding stage, this approach extends to the amplification stage, which delivers up to 250mW into a 32Ω load, providing sufficient headroom to drive both earphones and compact headphones. This consistency between conversion and amplification ensures controlled sound reproduction, even with loads of varying impedance, for mobile listening without compromising on dynamic range.
