The ddHiFi BC150G-A2DC is a balanced headphone cable designed to connect a device equipped with a 4.4mm balanced Jack output to a pair of headphones, replacing their original cable. It features a 2+2+1 conductor architecture with separate conductors for positive and negative signals, combined with a symmetrical dual-strand structure and an external mesh shield. The signal conductors use high-purity 4N pure silver for the positive signals and high-purity 5N OCC copper for the negative signals, while the shielding layer is made of silver-plated OFC copper. This design is complemented by highly transparent SoftFlex PVC insulation, as well as a balanced 4.4mm jack connector made of an aluminum alloy and red sandalwood with small leaves. The BC150G is therefore intended for headphone configurations compatible with this connection, while prioritizing flexibility, shielding and the limitation of electromagnetic interference.
The BC150G uses a 2+2+1 structure in which the positive and negative signal conductors are made from different materials. Each signal consists of two sets of twisted conductors, while a shielding mesh surrounds the entire assembly. This dual-strand architecture improves cable flexibility during handling and limits the internal mechanical stress exerted on the conductors. The parallel twisted structure also helps reduce electromagnetic interference during signal transmission. The signal conductors are specified as 22.9AWG ×2 and use 4N pure silver for the positive signal and 5N OCC copper for the negative signal.

The cable features a floating shielding system: the external shielding mesh is isolated from the housing of the 4.4mm Jack connector and remains floating at both ends. This design aims to eliminate ground-related interference that may occur between certain audio devices. The shielding is made of silver-plated OFC copper and has a cross-section of 21.5AWG ×2. The cable also features a high-transparency SoftFlex PVC jacket, while the connector housings combine aluminum alloy and small-leaf red sandalwood. The main connector is a 4.4mm balanced Jack, intended to be connected to a balanced headphone output.
