This ultra low noise SMPS power supply offers a power rail with a voltage of 5V and a maximum current of 2.85A. This power supply rail is accessible via two connectors:

  • The first DC jack connector located at the end of a cable (non-removable) and comes with its full complement of DC jack / micro USB / USB-C adapters.
  • The second USB-A female connector is located directly in front of the power supply.

The box has a ground connector and a switch on the front panel to activate / deactivate this connection. The whole circuit is mounted in a 100% aluminum case, ideal for avoiding noise pickup while providing excellent robustness to the device. This power supply is perfect for the REVOLUTION DAC of the same brand, or any other device requiring 5V.

Tune your Sound - change PSU
For all, who won't believe in it:
This PSU tunes your sound! Needed new PSU for RaspberryPi 3 B+ and Hifiberry Digi-HAT, because of "undervoltage". Old PSU was made by iFi, 2.5A...
Spounds good, "undervoltage" made Pi geeting hot! The Allo supplies enough power. No "undervoltage" anymore. Sound gots smoother and more space. Very important: check mains phase or loose soundquality. Just turn mainsplug and listen... Have fun

Stabiles Netzteil
Nutze das Netzteil für meinen NanoPi. Der SBC wird als Streaming Transport mit einem Headless DietPi Linux betrieben. Das Netzteil liefert eine stabile Versorgungsspannung für den Pi, ist sauber verarbeitet und mit ausreichend Zubehör (verschiedene Stecker/USB-C Kabel) geliefert worden. Das Klangbild hat sich durch das Netzteil positiv verändert. Vorher wurde der Pi mit dem Standard Stecker-NT betrieben. Insgesamt eine lohnende Investition und nicht so teuer, wie einige andere Low Noise Netzteile.

Great device!
I have a USB powered DAC and I could hear the noise from my desktop PC. To solve this problem I use iFi iDefender+ in combination with Allo Nirvana and everything works perfectly. The noise is completely gone and the sound quality has improved significantly. Highly recommended device!

Cette alimentation est vraiment silencieuse et enlève le stress sur le hautes fréquences. Précision : elle est connectée sur un boitier de filtrage du courant du secteur. Pour le prix, elle est parfaite.
