FiiO LEVEL 1: Amplification architecture and reproduction

The LEVEL 1 relies on a Class D amplification stage based on a TPA3255 chip, capable of delivering up to 2x225W into 4Ω while maintaining low distortion and a 111dB signal-to-noise ratio, allowing it to drive demanding speakers without audible background noise. This current capability results in stable reproduction, maintaining clarity and control at higher listening levels. This approach is extended by the integration of a PFFB (Post-Filter Feedback) circuit, which corrects load-related variations at the output, allowing the frequency response to remain stable while ensuring consistent behavior regardless of the connected speakers.

FiiO LEVEL 1: Outputs and system integration

The connection to speakers is handled via 4mm speaker terminals, ensuring direct power transfer to the drivers, while the presence of an RCA subwoofer output allows the addition of a subwoofer in a 2.1 configuration, improving low-frequency management without external filtering. This structure is extended with a pre-out output, allowing the device to be used as a preamplifier within an expandable system.

The unit can be controlled via its onboard buttons, such as those for bass and treble adjustment, or via the FiiO Control application.
