O-NOORUS unveils with its A80 a powerful and extremely compact Class D amplifier. Its Infineon MA12070 amplifier chip delivers 2x80W at 4Ω. It also features a Qualcomm QCC3034 Bluetooth receiver chip and a JRC NJW1194 volume controller. In terms of connectivity, the O-NOORUS A80 has all the basics, and its strength lies in the USB-C input coupled with the Realtek ALC4050 audio driver, plus a subwoofer output for setting up a 2.1-channel Hi-Fi installation. All in all, this ultra-compact amplifier concentrates on the essentials, offering excellent performance at an affordable price.
A high-performance amplifier
Thanks to its Infineon MA12070 Class D amplifier chip, the A80 is capable of delivering 2x80W at 4Ω, and can therefore drive a wide range of loudspeakers. Its subwoofer output makes it the ideal amplifier for users looking for deep, powerful bass, whether for a musical listening experience or a 2.1-channel Hi-Fi TV experience. The NJW1194 chip controls not only output volume, but also +/-10db gain range on treble and bass.
Bluetooth 5.0 reception
The Qualcomm 32bit QCC3034 Bluetooth reception chip enables you to use a wide range of audio sources in wireless connection, and take advantage of high-fidelity Bluetooth transmission codecs such as aptX and aptX HD.
Universal USB-C input
The O-NOORUS A80 features a USB-C input coupled with a Realtek ALC44050 audio driver. This makes it easy to connect a phone, computer, TV or video game console. The USB audio input supports up to PCM 32bit 384kHz.
Please note, the USB interface is not compatible with Windows 7 and 8.
IR remote control
O-NOORUS has equipped its small A80 amplifier with an infrared remote control for easy remote operation. It includes essential controls such as play/pause, previous, next, volume control, as well as bass and treble tone control.
