This ultra-compact USB DAC and amplifier in USB key format is ideal for enjoying high-performance digital-to-analog conversion and amplification, whether outdoors on a mobile device or at home on a computer for example. Despite its extremely small dimensions of 60 x 17 x 7mm, the device still includes a very good DAC ES9018K2M chip offering precise and detailed sound reproduction, as well as a TPA6133A2 amplification chip allowing a significant power gain. There are also very good tantalum capacitors and a clock on the PCB, which reduces jitter and noise. The input includes a gold-plated USB-A 2.0 connector, directly linked to an SA9023A interface supporting sampling rates up to 24bit 96kHz. Moreover, the device is OTG compatible and can therefore be connected to any device that also supports this standard, such as a smartphone or tablet for example. The output is made on a 3.5mm jack connector with gold plated contacts.
