The CrinEar Protocol Micro is a compact USB-C DAC dongle featuring a modified SPV4040 converter and an 8-band parametric equalizer. Its output impedance below 0.4 Ω limits interactions with earphones, while internal storage of PEQ profiles allows you to keep a personalized sound signature without a dedicated application.
Designed for on-the-go use with a smartphone, a tablet or a compatible computer, it combines transparent conversion, precise spectrum adjustment and direct USB-C power. Its lightweight, self-contained format, with no battery to recharge, makes it easy to integrate into everyday use, from music listening to gaming and mobile work.
CrinEar Protocol Micro: Compact USB-C DAC
The CrinEar Protocol Micro is a compact USB-C DAC dongle equipped with a modified SPV4040 converter, designed to combine clear and transparent reproduction with an integrated parametric equalization function. Its design allows you to precisely tailor the sound to a headphone or earphones, directly from a smartphone, a tablet or a laptop, without adding permanent software to the source device.
CrinEar Protocol Micro: Configurable 8-band equalization
The Protocol Micro integrates an eight-band PEQ configurable from a compatible PC or macOS browser with EQ.Hangout.Audio. Each band allows adjustment of frequency, gain and bandwidth, making it possible to correct the tonal balance, compensate for a transducer's response or create a personalized signature. Once saved, the profile is stored directly in the dongle so that it remains active when used with another compatible USB-C device.
CrinEar Protocol Micro: An output impedance below 0.4 Ω
With an output impedance below 0.4 Ω, the Protocol Micro limits the electrical interactions likely to alter the response of earphones. Sensitive models thus retain their intended frequency balance, while multi-transducer architectures maintain a more consistent and coherent reproduction.
CrinEar Protocol Micro: A self-contained and portable design
Powered directly by the USB-C connection, the Protocol Micro requires no battery or separate charging. Its lightweight format slips easily into a pocket, while its plug-and-play operation allows it to be used immediately to listen to music, play games or work, from a computer as well as from a compatible mobile device.
