I just compared Mundorf EVO Aluminium Oil 3.9uf 450V with my currently installed Audyn Q4 3.9uf 400V in tweeter section. Mundorf disappointed me. Yes, it is audible that Mundorf has significantly lower distortion in comparison to Q4, but Mundorf sounds monotonously and overly smooth, even were it is not needed. Mundorf has a poor macrodynamics in comparison to Q4, but good microdynamics. I've listened Adele - Take It All and Lenny Kravitz - Rock And Roll Is Dead, and both tracks no movement of sound sources, it sounds like a big pile of good quality sound, but not as exciting performance.
