SMSL DL200
DAC ES9039Q2M Headphone Amplifier XMOS XU316 Bluetooth 5.1 LDAC 32bit 768kHz DSD512 MQA-CD
The SMSL DL200 is a high-performance DAC featuring high-quality components such as an ES9039Q2M chip, a USB XMOS XU316 interface and a Qualcomm Bluetooth receiver chip. The DL200 can decode high sampling rates, up to PCM 32bit 768kHz, DSD512 and DoP64. It can also decode MQA files up to MQA-CD. But that's not all: the DL200 also acts as a headphone amplifier with its two heaphones outputs (6.35mm and 4.4mm balanced). Overall, it features a wide range of connectors, including a USB-C input, a Toslink optical input, a coaxial input, as well as an RCA output and a balanced output on a 6.35mm TRS jack.
A high-performance DAC
SMSL with its DL200 offers a device capable of decoding up to PCM 32bit 768kHz, DSD512 and DoP64 thanks to its ES9039Q2M 32bit stereo DAC chip using Hyperstream® IV Dual Dac™ technology and advanced SABRE HiFi® architecture. It also benefits from an MQA decoder enabling it to receive MQA-CD streams.
XMOS XU316 USB input
The USB XMOS XU316 interface on a USB-C port can operate in 2.0 or 1.1 mode. The 2.0 interface requires a driver and supports 32bit 768kHz and DSD512. The 1.1 interface supports up to 24bits 96kHz without a driver, enabling you to connect a wide range of sources such as consoles (PS5, XBOX, Switch, etc.), your TV or Android devices.
Bluetooth 5.1 functionality
A Qualcomm Bluetooth receiver chip enables transmission of LDAC 24bit/96kHz, aptX HD, adaptive aptX, SBC and ACC formats.
Headphone amplifier
On the front of the DL200 are two headphone outputs. One 6.35mm jack and one 4.4mm balanced jack. Output power enables the SMSL DL200 to drive a wide range of headphones and earphones from 16Ω to 300Ω.
Infrared remote control
An infrared remote control lets you operate the DL200 remotely, for a more pleasant listening experience. You can adjust all the settings available in the DL200 menu.
PCM filters with DPLL
The DL200 incorporates 7 PCM filters and DPLL (Digital Phase Locked Loop) to significantly improve the input signal clock when required.
